DEFENSE / SPONSOR-DEFINED PATH

Assume the transport is hostile. Prove the endpoint and session.

Black Swan Net applies a closed-fleet, direct-session model to high-consequence communications where device custody, compromised access networks, supply-chain evidence, and exact authorization boundaries matter.

PUBLIC PROGRAM BRIEFACTIVE DEVELOPMENTREV 2026-08-08v0.4.0

01 / OPERATING PROBLEM

The protected conversation inherits the system around it.

A protected conversation can still depend on consumer endpoints, cloud identities, shared administrative planes, unreviewed software, and network infrastructure that a mission owner does not control.

Black Swan Net reduces selected dependencies; it does not erase endpoint, human, supply-chain, traffic-analysis, metadata, coercion, availability or authorization risk.

02 / MISSION USE

Use a dedicated path only where the mission justifies it.

  • Unclassified mission analysis
  • Controlled laboratory evaluation
  • Secure-mobility and gateway integration study
  • Sponsor-defined high-assurance research path

03 / OPERATING MODEL

Direct sessions. Explicit identity. Controlled lifecycle.

  1. Pair and authorize endpoints through a controlled process
  2. Coordinate session windows out of band
  3. Treat RED transport as hostile and denial of service as possible
  4. Evaluate the complete configuration, CONOPS and evidence package
PRODUCT FIT

Sovereign is the modified RED/GREEN hardware direction. Gateway extends the concept to an authorized workstation without providing ordinary Internet access. Both remain engineering proposals pending implementation, testing and sponsor direction.

04 / ENGAGEMENT PATH

Begin with a sanitized mission description.

Tell us the sector, approximate fleet size, deployment timing and the security outcome the program must evaluate. Do not send protected information through the public site.

05 / CURRENT CLAIM BOUNDARY

Development status remains explicit.

Black Swan Net is in active product development. It is not represented as certified, government-approved, authorized for classified information, equivalent to a SCIF, anonymous, unhackable, free of metadata, free of endpoint risk, or able to guarantee availability. Component validation, product evaluation, system assessment and customer authorization are different decisions.

NAME DILIGENCE: Black Swan Net is the selected working name. Formal trademark and common-law clearance remains an open legal workstream; no clearance conclusion is claimed.
